Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2025

Wonqy Media provides professional digital services — including web design, development, optimisation, and related work — not physical goods. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we deliver services and project outputs to clients. It supplements our Terms of Service and any written agreement or statement of work for your engagement.

1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products. Any references to “delivery” on invoices, payment pages, or agreements relate to digital delivery of services, files, access, or completed work — not courier or postal shipment.

2. What We Deliver

Depending on your project, deliverables may include, for example:

  • Design files, prototypes, or style guides (e.g. via Figma or agreed tools)
  • Website or application code, themes, or configurations
  • Staging or production URLs and deployment support
  • Documentation, handover notes, or training materials
  • Access credentials or admin handover where agreed in scope

Exact deliverables, formats, and acceptance criteria are defined in your proposal, contract, or statement of work.

3. Delivery Methods

We typically deliver work through:

  • Email or agreed project communication channels
  • Client staging or production environments (hosting, Shopify, WordPress, etc.)
  • Version control repositories, cloud storage, or design tools shared with you
  • Scheduled review calls or written milestone sign-off

You are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals needed for us to complete delivery.

4. Timelines

Estimated timelines are shared at proposal or kickoff stage. Delivery dates depend on scope, feedback cycles, third-party platforms, and your responsiveness. Delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, or third-party outages may extend timelines without additional obligation on our part unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Milestones and Final Delivery

  • Work may be released in phases (discovery, design, development, launch, post-launch).
  • Interim deliveries are for review; final delivery occurs per your agreement.
  • Final files, credentials, or go-live may require completion of payment terms stated in your contract.

6. Revisions and Post-Launch Support

Revision rounds and post-launch support are limited to what is included in your package or retainer. Additional work is quoted separately. Ongoing maintenance or optimisation may be offered under a separate agreement.

7. Prepaid Packages and Hourly Work

For prepaid hourly packages or retainers, “delivery” means completion of agreed tasks within the purchased period. Unused hours are subject to the validity and refund rules in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Failed or Incomplete Delivery

If you believe deliverables were not provided as agreed, contact us promptly with details. We will review against the signed scope and work logs. Remedies may include completion of outstanding work, reasonable corrections, or resolution per our cancellation and refund terms where applicable — not physical return shipment.

9. International Clients

We serve clients globally from India. Delivery is electronic regardless of your location. Time zones and public holidays in India may affect response times; we aim to communicate expected availability during active projects.
