SEO & Digital Marketing - Ranking on page one for keywords nobody searches.

Search rankings are won and lost on details most sites ignore: crawl efficiency, intent matching, the quality of links pointing in, whether content actually answers the question being typed. Across Shopify stores, WooCommerce catalogues, WordPress sites, and custom builds, the same patterns show up again and again. We identify the bottlenecks holding your organic growth back, fix them in the right order, and report honestly on what moves.

Key Capabilities

Technical SEO audit & fixes

Crawls run through Screaming Frog, indexation cross-referenced with Search Console, then the findings ranked by what actually affects rankings. Broken canonicals, orphan pages, redirect loops, faceted-URL waste, missing structured data: each gets handled at the platform level, with engineering changes when needed.

On-page SEO optimisation

Title tags rewritten to balance click-through and keyword relevance. H1 and heading hierarchy aligned to query intent. Internal linking restructured around topical clusters rather than scattered anchor text. Schema markup added where it earns rich results, not just because a plugin offered it.

Keyword research & mapping

Research goes beyond search volume: intent classification, SERP feature analysis, and difficulty scored against your actual domain authority. Each commercial page gets a primary cluster and supporting terms. Informational queries route to blog or guide content. Nothing gets written until the page-to-query mapping is locked.

eCommerce SEO (Shopify & WooCommerce)

Shopify has known issues with /products/ canonicalisation, collection filter URLs eating crawl budget, and tag pages that should never have been indexed. WooCommerce has its own set with archive duplication and slow filtered category loads. We have shipped fixes for both stacks repeatedly and know which apps or plugins help versus the ones that quietly make things worse.

Content strategy & optimisation

Gap analysis against ranking competitors, intent mapping for each target query, and content briefs detailed enough to brief any competent writer. Existing pages often need editing rather than replacing: pruning thin content, consolidating cannibalising URLs, and deepening pages that already rank on page one but outside the top results, where the lift tends to be biggest.

Local SEO

Google Business Profile categories, attributes, services and posts kept current, not abandoned after setup. NAP consistency audited across the directories that still carry weight. Location pages structured so each one earns its own ranking instead of competing with the others. Useful for clinics, studios, agencies, and any business where the buyer is searching with a location attached.

Link building & digital PR

Outreach focussed on editorial placements: digital PR angles, expert commentary, statistic-led content, and partnerships with sites that have actual readership. No PBNs, no link exchanges, no "guest post for $50" lists. Slower to build, but the links survive algorithm updates that wipe out shortcuts.

GA4 & Search Console setup

GA4 reconfigured with proper key events for your funnel, cross-domain tracking sorted where it applies, and Search Console verified across all property variants. Looker Studio dashboards built when monthly reports need to be self-serve. If the data is wrong, every decision after it is wrong too, so this is worth getting right.

SEO reporting & monitoring

Monthly reports tracking keyword cluster movement, organic sessions, CTR by query, and assisted conversions. Each report includes a written summary: what shifted, what caused it, what changes the following month. Algorithm updates, indexing anomalies and competitor moves get flagged in plain language as they happen.

Traffic that keeps arriving after the campaign ends.

Paid search stops the moment the card stops being charged. Organic works differently: a page that ranks well at month six is often still ranking at month twelve, with less maintenance than the original effort took. That only holds if the work is done in the right order, on a site that can technically support it, with content that genuinely earns its ranking.

Get the technical layer right first.

Crawl issues, indexation problems, slow Core Web Vitals, and architectural mistakes are usually the reason a site is not ranking, not "thin content" or "weak links". Until Googlebot can fetch, render, and understand your pages efficiently, the rest of the work delivers a fraction of what it should.

Most of the early gains come from technical work specifically: redirect cleanup, canonical fixes, structured data, internal link restructuring, JavaScript rendering issues. Unglamorous, but it is where the ceiling moves first.

Then build relevance and authority.

With the foundation solid, ranking comes from two reinforcing forces. The first is topical depth: covering a subject thoroughly enough that Google treats your domain as a legitimate source on it. The second is external signals (links, mentions, brand searches) from sources that themselves carry weight.

Neither comes from volume alone. A handful of thorough posts will consistently outrank a larger batch of thin ones, and a small number of links from publications that actually matter in your sector carry more weight than a pile of low-quality ones. The work is slower, but it holds up through updates like Helpful Content and the spam waves that follow them.

Traffic that keeps arriving after the campaign ends.

How we scope this, together.

Tell us what's going on

Tell us what's going on

We ask what's actually blocking your rankings: crawl issues, thin content, or a link profile that never recovered, not a generic audit checklist.

We recommend a path, not a package

We recommend a path, not a package

A technical fix pass is hourly work. An ongoing content and authority programme is a retainer, sized to how competitive your terms actually are.

FAQs - Questions about how we work.

Whether you're scoping a project, evaluating an agency, or just exploring your options, here are the answers we get asked most.

How long before we see meaningful results from SEO?

Technical fixes and CTR improvements often show movement within 4–8 weeks. Substantial ranking and traffic gains on competitive commercial terms typically take 4–6 months of consistent work, sometimes longer for newer domains. Anyone promising top-three placement in 30 days is either targeting near-zero-difficulty keywords or using tactics that get reversed at the next core update.

Do you work primarily on Shopify and WordPress?

Most engagements run on one of these two stacks, yes. Shopify has predictable issues around collection filter URLs, tag-page indexing and theme-level schema. WordPress tends to collect technical debt through plugins: conflicting SEO settings, bloated databases, slow queries. Both need platform-specific fixes rather than a generic audit checklist applied uniformly.

What does a technical SEO audit actually include?

Crawl coverage and indexation analysis, site architecture review, internal linking patterns, page speed and Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, structured data validation, canonical and hreflang handling, duplicate-content detection, redirect chain mapping, JavaScript rendering checks, and log file review where access is available. The deliverable is a ranked action list tied to estimated impact, not a 400-row tool export.

Will you write the content, or do we handle that?

Either approach is workable. Standard scope includes keyword research and detailed briefs: target intent, structure, internal links, sources to cite. Content production can be added when needed; we draft, edit, and optimise alongside in-house teams or external writers. Most engagements front-load technical and on-page work, then bring content in once the foundation is set.

How is progress measured and reported?

Monthly reports tracking keyword positions by cluster, organic traffic by landing page, click-through rates from Search Console, and revenue or lead conversions where GA4 tracking supports it. The commentary explains the why behind the numbers: what shifted, what drove it, what we are adjusting next month. When something drops, it gets explained, not buried.
